About the event
Cruise the Lorain waterfront and learn the importance the waterways played in the development of Lorain that began at the mouth of the Black River. The excursion will view the waterfront harbor and continue on the riverfront past the sites of industrial giants, American Shipbuilding and United States Steel, to witness the rebirth of wildlife preserves.
All History Boat Tours are schedued for 2 pm – 4 pm, departing from the Oasis Marinas at Port Lorain, Located at 301 Lakeside Ave., Lorain. Participants must arrive 15 minutes prior to departure. Please note that there is limited seating on the boat, set by the U.S. Coast Guard.
