I’ll Always Be from Lorain
This is a collection of free-verse memories from growing up in a thriving Northern Ohio industrial town in the 1950’s. They are good memories from hopeful times. The selections also constitute good contemporary poetry, accessible poetry, written by a serious plain-speech resonance poet. Everybody who enjoys good old nostalgia is likely to enjoy them.
A native of Lorain, Harry Youtt is a poet and an international speaker who has been teaching creative writing in the UCLA Extension Writers’ program for well over a quarter of a century.
