Latino Lorain Special Exhibit

The Latino Lorain History Project is a public history partnership of El Centro, the Lorain Historical Society, Oberlin College, and leaders in the community with the overarching goal of gathering and preserving the history of the Latino community in Lorain through collecting oral histories, archival materials, and artifacts.

This first exhibit will focus on Vine Avenue as one of the legendary hotspots representing Latino history in Lorain.

This project is made possible by Nordson Corporation, The Hispanic Fund, and the Ohio History Connection, as well as business, organization, and individual sponsorships.
